Hastelloy Ultrapolishing

How to eliminate surface imperfectness after mechanical polishing?  Superfine mechanical electropolishing  creates mirror-finish surface.  However small invisible cracks on mechanically polished surface are 'smeared".  Unlike standard electropolishing, which can leave pitted or etch segments during reel-to reel processing, the ultrapolishing treatment enhance the surface by eliminating peaks and  impurities, thus creating the perfect surface, ready for Ion-beam deposition for superconductor applications.   Multiple tapes (wires) can be treated simultaneously and efficiently.  
                               The technology is ready for licensing.
