Russamer Lab developed a non-aggressive, non-toxic, inexpensive, reusable, and environmentally friendly passivation solution that was specially developed for food industry.  

Scientific tests reveal that Passivate-5 solution produces a passive film much thicker than the original surface and thicker than a surface treated by nitric acid solution.

Passivate-5 solution removes all impurities that may effect the passive film structure, dissolves any free-iron contaminants on the surface of the stainless steel.

The solution is non-aggressive, non-toxic, and does not contaminate waste water or food buckets.
