Q: Do you accept electropolishing orders?

A: Yes, we do but it also depends on the customer's requirements (order size, turnaround time).

Q: Can we send you some samples?

A: Absolutely! Please contact us so we can talk to you about your requirements.

Q: Are samples free to send?

A: Unfortunately,  with the number of requests we get on a daily basis we have to charge a fee to process samples.

Q: How fast will I get the them back?

A: Every sample is different, but we try our best to send them back as soon as possible. More complicated samples with extremely rough surfaces require some extra time while we adjust our process to best suit the customers requirements.

Q: How many should I send?

A: The more the better! Because each sample is unique, we have to adjust our process to get the best results. This may mean doing each sample using different parameters. We ask that you send at least two or three parts.

Q: My parts/samples are proprietary. Can I send a you a NDA before sending samples?

A: Yes, please contact through email or by calling and we will get you the information for a NDA.

Q: I called but nobody picked up. How come?

A: Sometimes we are extremely busy and may be on another line already. We ask that you leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
